Big Wall Experience was tasked with creating 10 x10 and 10 x 20-foot concession bars for the Garrison Brothers’ Lounge, along with a separate experiential bar area for sampling and education on their various whiskies. The challenge was to design bars authentic to the Garrison Brother’s brand while appearing sleek and elegant to a new audience of Whiskey enthusiasts who were new to the spirit outside of Texas.
Big Wall Experience also managed all phases of fabrication, shipping and logistics, staffing and training for brand ambassadors, and management of the entire budget for the year-long tour, which included 7-week-long PGA events and five other culinary events.
